Ordering online a waste...just go in

I ordered on line and never got a message it was ready so I went down there and customer service said they don't really look at that because they don't fill till customer comes in. Why bother advertising you can shop on line and curbside pickup? There is no curbside pickup. Employee not friendly but warmed up a bit when I wouldn't stop talking 😂 I won't be going back unless they are the only one that has what I'm looking for.

They will fail to return medical card

I was in Ponca city for a camping trip and the night before leaving town I stopped at this dispo. They immediately ask for card and started a conversation (which is good). They failed to return my card. I didn’t notice until I arrived back in okc. Now I’ll be returning to PC to get my card. This is the worst dispensary experience I’ve ever had. So basically the 25$ product I purchased will end up being about 75$ and a wasted day traveling back to PC. I’m in Ponca about every other month and will never shop at this dispensary again.

I love Kush Gardens! This is literally the only dispensary I will go to. Not only do they have the best prices and quality, but the staff is just unbelievably friendly and caring. My dog has parvovirus and has been very ill this week. I've went in several times and every night I go in there the guys ask how she is doing. It just mean so much to me that they care enough to ask! And they joke around and tease me just to put a smile on my face.. It's just great and friendly service and I never have the want or need to go anywhere else!!

Even though, the grand opening had not officially occurred yet they had an awesome/informative staff and a store full of products with good prices. Also, from what I hear, there is more to come!
