It was ok,after I got checked in I was told to go into the wrong area by the front desk person. I had a pick up order and had never been there before. The bud tender directed me back to a front side room. Just a lot of walking for a person who has had 3 knee surgeries

First time visit

I didn’t get anything for my first time visit is that only if you come inside?

Was a frequent shopper of here until today! I was told my order didnt qualify for happy hour discount while i was standing in front if 3 signs(1 at each register) stating “happy hour 15% off entire store” confused by the sign i asked to speak to the manager. The manager/owner comes out is completely dismissive frankly pretty rude and uninterested in my dilemma. I suggested that he change his sign to more accurately reflect the actual sales deal and he blew me off told me “yeah its not going to change!” So un attentive to what i even had to say he assumed i was still talking about the product qualifying for the deal rather than the sign being less confusing smh. Ill just go across the street from now on

Yet Another Rec Shop Sellin Boogie Untested Crap

First let me say I LOVE KOB in Detroit Gratiot! Their shop is small, I get personalized customer service where they really seem to care about my business whether Im spending $50 or $300. The buds at their Detroit store are always🔥! So I tried KOB Monroe. Big mistake! Huge store! Put order on Weedmaps as usual. Got a text it was ready so drove 30+ min to get there. Order system was down thankfully the security greeter walked the 10ft to check on it to find out my order wasn’t ready so I explained I’m disabled he let me cut to the front but it still took over 15 minutes standing time to get my order. Should of checked the label but didnt get the right gummies on my order. The ozs didnt come with testing info so dont know if it was tested. The GMO smells straight up like cat piss, didnt break out, and is just bs, smaller than popcorn not worth $50/oz. Hitman was better but still no testing label. Glad it was rec weed but terrible quality for med! At least I got 10% discount for med!

Hey, This is Chris, I am the owner of the Gratiot store and the purchaser for KOB Monroe. Everything is purchased and tested the same between both stores, and the quality is equal at both stores. The product in question is sungrown Tri-Med product, which the new budtender unfortunately forgot to add the labels to the online order product. The GMO is definitely smaller buds, but if you are not happy with the quality we are happy to swap it out for you, we want happy customers. For $69 dollars you are getting a 29.75% THC product which provides the potency but lacks in bud structure, indoor grown, and nose. Hit Man OG is from the same grower, Tri-Med, and if you email me I can provide COA's/Testing on both products chris@kobdetroit.com - Please reach out as I would like to make you a happy customer, I feel both our stores offer great products but feel the LIT Tier will be more your cup of tea.
