Thank you for letting us know that there was a defective issue with one of our products. Please feel free to bring the product back and we will exchange it for a product that is 100% in tact, as it should be. However, since going completely Recreational, we do not have any way of knowing that you have a Medical card. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but until the system we use gives us the option, you'll have to bare with us and just let them know for now.
