4 years later we still love Kob and all the budtenders! Especially Eleni, Dina, Rae, Stephanie!! Y’all have the best budz at affordable rates every single time no let downs ! On point 100% of the time with product and customer service! Won’t go anywhere else! If you don’t get your budz here you are seriously missing out! I’ve had my card since 09. I started off goin to KoB over 4 years ago when they were med. Over the years I have tried countless shops across Mi. After trying some of the rest I wound up staying at the best! KoB Detroit is the #1 shop over them all! They seriously know what fire products are and serve them up deli style every time! We are talking about nice tight budz the size of your palm at high percentages that blow the rest straight out of the water! Their customer service is also 100! Their bud-tenders and staff especially Hedge and Tiara! I don’t remember everyone’s name but they take care of me every time with kindness and sincerity they actually make me feel like they appreciate my business! We literally drop a couple bills ery week and get everything we need a couple ounces, concentrate, edibles, and packs of prerolls. They always have what we need and have never let me down! I dont usually shout out like this because most of the shops here are boogie but KoB is 100 the King! 🔥

At least the buds were good quality meds for the price but customer service was terrible! Budtender is a skinny chick half my size who doesn’t experience pain on my level or who doesn’t use cannabis as much as I do… I’ve been smoking longer than this chick has been alive…. And she tried to argue with me tellin me that 18% bs would work for me. Didn’t have what I ordered. Tried to tell me the 18% crap was just as good… the testing labels she put on my ozs were lower than what the jars on the pink shelf were labeled. So either the pink labels are wrong or the testing label was. I’m disabled, there were no seats in the back. I had more than 15 minutes standing time to get something close to what I ordered. I consistently use Weedmaps to find what I’m looking for and ask for curbside for a reason. Im tired of shops false advertising on Weedmaps, not having what I ordered and making me stand for a long time to get my order or something close to it when they don’t have what they advertise!!

First let me say I LOVE KOB in Detroit Gratiot! Their shop is small, I get personalized customer service where they really seem to care about my business whether Im spending $50 or $300. The buds at their Detroit store are always🔥! So I tried KOB Monroe. Big mistake! Huge store! Put order on Weedmaps as usual. Got a text it was ready so drove 30+ min to get there. Order system was down thankfully the security greeter walked the 10ft to check on it to find out my order wasn’t ready so I explained I’m disabled he let me cut to the front but it still took over 15 minutes standing time to get my order. Should of checked the label but didnt get the right gummies on my order. The ozs didnt come with testing info so dont know if it was tested. The GMO smells straight up like cat piss, didnt break out, and is just bs, smaller than popcorn not worth $50/oz. Hitman was better but still no testing label. Glad it was rec weed but terrible quality for med! At least I got 10% discount for med!

We live a good hour+ from Dispo Romeo so I put my order in through Weedmaps for pickup. Every time I call to verify they are rushed over the phone. They tell me they have my order and are preparing it but when we get there suddenly they don’t have what I ordered. This last time I called and asked to be sure they had my order. I asked them to be sure it was ready when I got there as it would be very close to closing and they said it would be. They said they had it. I got there and it wasnt ready, they didn’t have it. That means they either lied to me over the phone or they sold my order to someone else. I know what I want and guarantee if you don’t have what I want when I get there you won’t have anything else comparable because I already went through your menu before I ordered. The budtender pulled out some shake bs when I got there instead of what I ordered. I said I don’t want that and had to settle for a lower percentage vs. cost. At least she was nice and understanding.

Normally their buds are 🔥 on point for great prices but this last time one of the ozs was definitely rego brown and stemmy. I guess this is the chance you take when you do pickup and don’t walk all the way back into their sales area. Whoever planned their layout did not consider disabled patients whatsoever. Consistently I try to put my order in through Weedmaps and request that my order be ready and available for pickup at the window when I get there. More times than not it isn’t ready and I have to wait for their only receptionist to go back and grab my order then have to go and get my change. I try to do pickup because their sales area is a pretty far walk from the lot, consistently Jamile is their only budtender that is working an open cash register and knows how to help customers. I usually count 4 or 5 people behind the counter just standing around talking, not helping customers so the wait to get to a budtender who will actually take your order is usually more than 10 minutes.
