So I made a stoner move and bought a pod when I need a cartridge. I was going to buy the battery to the cart and just as I called they sold out. They felt so bad they gave me a discount on my next order. This time I bought a 510 cartridge but when I got it seemed sticky. I was worried it was leaking. I gave them a call and they were totally down to do a return or whatever. I stood the cart out and it wasn't leaking it was just sticky so I kept it but it was really cool that they wanted to make everything right when it was no one's fault. Great guys and a really chill show room.

Bought two 510 thread cartridges, and one of them is getting a lot of extra air bubbles, which is making it difficult to hit. The other has been great.

Fantastic Customer Service

The provide friendly and more than knowledgeable assistance whenever I go there. Case in point: I ordered one type of weed and when I got there, they had just sold out so they gave me a killer deal on some primo weed. VERY good service! I'll be back as often as I need weed or gummies! I love this place!

The only place I go. Everyone is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable....just changed over from Bloom City, and the epic vibes are still there. #Loyal and I love that you can pre-order online for a quick and easy pick up. I've never gotten a bad product, and the prices are the best around for recreational. The deals they offer throughout the week make it easy to plan ahead for what I like (I usually get 510 carts, and edibles). But I've gotten a wide array of products, and have never been disappointed.

I've never had a bad experience at Bloom city. All employees are real chill and laid back, greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door and very quick to ask if you need help or have any questions! Daily discount specials, even on select ounces! This is my all time favorite dispensary. I can't shop anywhere else because I won't get the services I do at Bloom City! Ya'll rock!🤙
