They never have customers for a reason. Be wary. They sell the same low-quality dispensary garbage everyone does, but the staff is disturbingly immature. I had a temporary paper ID due to renewal, and a manager told me my info was updated, so I didn’t need to bring the paper. On a later visit, I was told I did need it. I simply quoted what the manager told me and asked to speak with him, and was accused of being rude. It was the guy with longer hair and glasses—be cautious of anything he says. I returned with proper ID, and still got treated poorly. I wasn’t upset or disrespectful in any way, yet other employees jumped in claiming I was rude. I said I felt the service was unprofessional, which somehow triggered a mob of 6+ workers who told me to leave. I said I just wanted to make a purchase, but they kept escalating. It felt like a pack of middle schoolers trying to invent drama. I reported this to their parent company with the time—around 4PM on July 11th. If anyone from PTS cares about their "Consume" brand, check the footage and listen to your "employees." These kids are clearly troubled. I wish the best for anyone else trying to shop there.
