Whole staff was extremely friendly and not too cool for school like I encounter at other stores. Instead of a mad rush to get me out the door the tender planned an attack with the amount of moola available. Specifically went for Daniel larusso and ball family farm products. They were well stocked and educated. Well worth the drive!!

Best Dispensary in the SFV!

This place has become my favorite dispensary in the SFV! They have knowledgeable & friendly staff, great priced flower and daily deals. They also have a reward system (stamp card) which I appreciate. I have to give a shoutout to Angel (the security guard), Chris (Ironman), Rozi and Mimi! They always make us feel so welcome and they know their strains. Anything they have recommended has been amazing!! Especially Herbariums “Grandmas Pudding” flower! Their house flower is also very good. If you’re a cannaoisseur or a novice, either way give them a shot. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been buying at Hazel for 7-8 months now and I’m not usually the type to let someone recommend based on their preferences so I normally due my diligence before coming in. The staff at Hazel have been very accurate when helping me select bud, especially their house flower, they are all very intimately familiar with those strains. You could almost call it efficacy?! Doesn’t hurt to also have the best priced menu in town...jus sayin 💁🏻‍♂️

This is a great shop in Encino better prices than all of the other shops in the area. Got a chance to work with Hannah and she was so nice and clear on everything. The vibe is great here, it is incredibly clean and you feel safe as well.

So I have been going here for the past couple of weeks and the Hazel has been a great strain for the price, I am able to sleep well on it. But on Friday they changed up the strain and it was dry and tasteless and has almost sickening odor to it. I exchanged it for XXL only to get the same result. Not sure why the shops are selling old weed but I may have to find another method to medicate in future.
