Been going here for years. Used to think it was a good shop with friendly staff, solid prices, and good quality. However, I recently purchased a $90 1 gram wax pen during a promotion where it was buy 1 get 1 free. Both pens did not work properly and I got zero effects from them. The store told me to email them about the problem so they could resolve it. No response. Disappointing that a shop sells high priced items and does not offer a guarantee they work. $90 for nothing and the shop did not rectify the situation. Won’t be back.

Whole staff was extremely friendly and not too cool for school like I encounter at other stores. Instead of a mad rush to get me out the door the tender planned an attack with the amount of moola available. Specifically went for Daniel larusso and ball family farm products. They were well stocked and educated. Well worth the drive!!

Stopped by today for the 1st time since they closed last month for renovations. New shop is BEAUTIFUL and full of product. Everything I purchased was buy 1 get $10 off the 2nd! Will definitely be back soon ❤️

If you are in Encino or Anywhere in LA You HAVE to go to Hazel!!! All the staff are amazing people and shoutout to leonardo and Nick. Dont go to Healing Touch Unless you want regrets
