I was given the total of my order on weedmaps but as going thru the drive thru at Grow West my 20% discount was removed charging me more money. I should have said keep it !!!! Bad way to do business when the competion in town is kicking your butt on prices and quality products!!!

A terrific place of business. Always have the products I need. Never ever was I disappointed. Love the emails they send and their weekly newsletters. It is a very busy place but they always take time to answer questions.

This is the first time I’ve been overcharged took my loyalty points from my medical and then still charged me over nine dollars in sales tax which I don’t get charged sales tax even though using my medical information he ran me up once again as recreational which charged me over nine dollars and change

Every time I open their site I need to wonder around to find things. The elusive query icon is fave. I find now and then. When I open their site site it is nowhere to be seen. Not sure if my phone is slow or the site is that bad but I do hate it

Honestly, I hate to be a Karen. But after many many times. I literally feel I need to warn the others. So for one they round up. Cool. Do I get my money back? Nope. Example. Order total 25.50 they rounded me to 30.00. I never got the change. Im not sure whats going on there. Secondly, every other time guaranteed the product is malfunctioning. It either comes out of the package not working or they get clogged or stop charging. Various brands of vapes. Across the board. Their flower is nothing but seeds and stems. Takes me back to the ol' Mexican brick days if you know what I mean. And the security department shares information to people's bosses. Ive experienced this myself. Im not sure if medical patients have hippa laws or not but that was an uncomfortable situation. What I do in my free time shouldn't be talked about. Just saying.

ignore the bad reviews for the untrimmed 8ths, please dont stop selling these, I for one love them and have yet to find any to complain about. there really isn't that much leaf on it and for the little leaf that is there it gets grinded up with the bud and rolled up. for 25 bucks it's a great deal, people complain because they say they cant trim it themselves due to arthritis? how do you break your bud up to smoke it then? act like ya got to fire up a chainsaw to pull off a couple little leaves. it all smokes the same!

Blown away people are on here complaining. I’ve smoked for 7-8 years almost daily. The untrimmed bud is premium. .3 max of trim every time. Why are you complaining if it is 25$.... blows away and trimmed bud for 55-60 an 8th. Be grateful people, this place rocks.

So many people put down Grow West for their untrimmed 8ths (not to mention they are ONLY $25) Y’all must not be smoking it right or something cause I’ve never had any complaints. While I understand the long wait times suck, but it was the first day of business and what did you expect? I do agree that pre registered individuals should have been priority. With this being the only local competition our other dispensary has and with the locals being tired of the high prices, outrageous rewards system, lack of quality product, unreliable weed maps menu, ect... You should have planned on it being an overwhelming turn out. It will run more smoothly as they are open longer and have more time to make adjustments where needed. Please give them another chance. I CANNOT believe people are complaining about $25 untrimmed 1/8s.... the only con is that they aren’t open Monday’s! Extended hours are great for my full time work schedule. I feel comfortable to ask questions without feeling stupid or belittled. They have never steered me wrong and have provided nothing but accurate information about what products would work best for me. This place is an absolute godsend and it’s not intimidating at all! Which is great if u suffer from anxiety like I do!

I had to actually go in and edit my previous review of another local dispensary in our area, simply because at the time that I left it, 8 months ago, there wasn't anywhere else that I had been in the state of Maryland to judge it against, having said that, this dispensaries treatment of veterans, the kindness I received by the staff, and the outright staggering price difference is what led me to give this establishment five stars, all Bud tenders we're very informative, and all in all had a wonderful experience as outlined above, I do not know who is leaving these reviews saying that what happened to the 22% veteran discount, I have no knowledge of that oh, but I do know I can get an eighth of a very good medicinal marijuana 4 50% cheaper than what I would pay at the other dispensary, and that my friend and these days, is a game changer, keep up the good work guys👍

Cumberland is a bit out of the way for most folks, but for those living in the area having Grow West here is a godsend. Really doing good things here, I'm very thankful to have them in the community rather than more pharmacists with their pills. Keep it up!
