KOAN is extremely customer oriented. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is not your"average" cannabis dispensary store experience. They don't have you lined up like cattle. Everyone is seen and heard. It was nice to experience the one on one with a budtender. Well, a budtender that was actually knowledgeable and liked talking about cannabis and everything that makes it amazing. I felt seen and heard. I was extremely happy with the products that I purchased. If you LOVE Weed, go to KOAN Cannabis in Hagerstown MD. They truly go above and beyond with customer service!
