I've had my card for about 2 weeks & I've been there 3x's already. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. Nelson was very helpful too. I had an issue with a cartridge for a vape pen. They allowed me to return the cartridge and they replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. Sage is another staff member who's very helpful too. I love the interior design of the compassion center. I know it sounds unimportant; but, I felt a very soothing & calm aura while I was there. No, I wasn't baked, I felt comfortable being there. I will be returning most definitely. 🍁

I just left their Portsmouth RI facility and upon getting home and looking at my medicine, yet again I am faced with my order being short almost a full Gram. Normally I would write that off as a budtender error or maybe the bud dried a little bit. Sure. I can buy that. However, since the first time I was shorted by this so called "Compassion Center" after being charged their Premium prices I got a little upset. The second time even more so, and this is issue (shortage) #8 for me personally. In the past two months (Nov-Dec 2016) I have personally been charged for weight I am not getting at least in one bottle EVERY TRIP. I would expect a company with as much time and money and influence as GreenLeaf to stay on top of such basic sales Quality Control but I guessed wrong. What was originally just a simple mishap is now repetitive and cumbersome. So I have here documented video and photos that will prove without a doubt that the medicine I purchased from you on every occasion was untampered with (by me) as I hit record on my Vlog the moment I exit the building as my video and images are timestamped. I have no motivation to lie to you nor am I looking for "free stuff". Im simply just pissed and feel taken advantage of. For newcomers and vets alike I can only suggest and demand that from now on the purchases be weighed out in front of me as I have lost ALL trust and faith that you are giving me anything that I am actually asking for. Unfortunately due to the area I am forced to purchase medicine here otherwise I would have gone elsewhere immediately following the second time I was taken advantage of. I sincerely wish GreenLeaf as an organization that claims to be helping patients will A. Look into this and start some type of Quality Control system for your orange bottle weight. & B. Make this right somehow with me as I have spent thousands of my hard earned income on your business and am willing to take the drive to Slater Center from now on just to avoid dealing with issues such as this. Feel free to call me personally at 401-48÷-$#*@ or email me with what you have to say for yourselves and your business when confronted with these facts, documentation and proof of wrong doing to me and other patients you provide medicine for. To you .3 or .5 or 1.0 grams may seem miniscule but it adds up, Ive been shorted over an eighth since first registering as a patient there less than two months ago. I can go on... please just keep a closer eye on your inventory and make sure your providing the correct medicine and weight for ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! & not just some. 2017 is your chance to turn over a new GreenLeaf. Honestly we are keeping a close eye on you. My presence will be felt through reviews, vlogs and social media campaigns designed to do nothing but inform. Best of the 3 dispensaries in the RI area. I may be from the Providence area but Greenleaf is worth the drive for me. Great, honest pricing, amazing flower. Their salve topical and their edibles are fantastic. I have fibromyalgia and the salve does wonders for my shoulder and leg pain. The people are super friendly and very knowledgeable. And the atmosphere is very welcoming. They also have great deals everyday that they let you know about in advance via text/email. I love Greenleaf

My first visit to Greenleaf was about a week ago, small place compared to the other dispensaries in RI. Pricing on the bud itself was decent with tier one being 45 for an eighth, edibles on the other hand are way overpriced and does not have enough mgs for what they are charging. Slater will have two 60 mg cookies for $18 where as Greenleaf would charge the same for like a 30mg cookie. Now the bud that i bought gorilla glue and meltdown both tier 1, the glue was amazing quite possibly the best ive ever had. The meltdown if you are reading this Stay Away its was way too dense a gram looked like a .5 and the bud itself tasted like cardboard very hash. Overall Greenleaf is my go to place for emergency only like when its a holiday and all other places are closed, not bashing just being honest.
