THC percentages were falsely listed

I am very disappointed. This product will not treat my pain and I will get no sleep. It was listed as something completely different than what I received. I usually check but I wasn't feeling well and missed it until I was all the way home. This shouldn't be my job. Please ALWAYS list the following for the benefit of MD med patients and ve sure that information matches the product you are selling. Not one but two products had such a discrepancy. 1. Accurate THC % 2. Indica/Sativa/Hybrid (often not listed) 3. Price That's it! That's all we have ever asked! I don't need the life story of the plant strain cut and pasted,we need simple data about what is being sold. You ARE part of the Healthcare industry and it matters to patients as much as a pill from the pharmacy.

Terrible customer appreciation!!! I bought 4 ounces and couldn’t get a complimentary lighter to keep the customer happy smoking your product. A million dollar business can’t giveaway a $2 lighter to a frequent customer that buys no less than 4 ounces per month. THUMBS DOWN!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PIECE OF SHIT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!

Still worth the drive!!!

I still love this place. The sunday/monday special still gets me to drive from Hagerstown almost every week, and I'm rarely disappointed with the quality and potency of the "on sale" product. Very kewl, quick little spot to hit up, with a lot of stuff crammed into a small place, super kewl spy-like entrance and chill people. they dont do a lot in the way of sales and or special deals but the one they have is all i need...who doesn't LOVE $$18.00 EIGHTS!!! !!!EIGHTEENTH DOLLARS!!! Always in a cluch! Thanks guys

First Visit after getting my card!!

And it was great! I love this dispensary, when you first walk you’re greeted by someone at the front desk and once the wall slides open... BAM! Welcome to wonderland. Adam was an amazing help to me and I really felt comfortable talking to him about the varieties GreenLabs had available. I pick out 2 strains I had been eyeing for a while and the prices were too good to believe. I felt like home there and will be back again and again!! 10/10 experience Thank you staff and i shall be back soon!

Hands Down

Simply the best spot by far in Baltimore City. Convenient as far as parking and leaving safely to your vehicle is a plus(Huge Security) lol. I'm a new card holder so I been around the whole town. And I landed here. Great people. very clean and organized. Oh, by the way everything color coded ❤ . love this place! They make shopping a blast.

reading some of these negative reviews kinda make me wonder why people are becoming unhappy here?i would rate a 20 star on this place,if it were available?ive always bn fond of this place.i always travel to come here,i have never had any bad experiences here i just wish the menu could b posted on line,id have better idea and probably would purchase alot more if i could see menu before going.but however ,I truly love this place. young or old budtenders, seem to b very knowledgable, i hav found to always giggle as i leave.fun atmosphere and helpful security guard's!even girls at front desk are cool,once the guard even helped me move my jeep . im definitely always going back! thank you greenlabs!!no pouty face from me!continue giving me ur service, thank you,see you all soon xoxo
