Thank you so much for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you stopped by and want to help clarify how our ATM works. The machine on-site is a cashless ATM, which means it doesn’t dispense physical cash. Instead, it processes your transaction like a debit purchase by rounding the total to the nearest increment (usually $5 or $10), then prints a receipt. If the purchase amount is less than what was charged, the difference is given back to you in cash—this is why you may receive small change like $1.47 or a different amount depending the total of your purchase. This method is common in industries with cash handling limitations and helps us securely process card transactions. That said, we understand it can be confusing or feel inconvenient, and we always recommend bringing cash to avoid third-party fees and rounding adjustments. Thanks again for your input—it helps us improve, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
