I ordered delivery last week and all went well. I meet all of the delivery requirements listed on their main page. I am under 10 miles away by a bit on google. Today my ordered was canceled for being out of the delivery zone. I called for more details and Christian told me that the traffic made them take a different route- which made the distance over 10 miles. So they wouldn’t deliver. Sounds to me like someone just doesn’t want to drive in traffic. Bad look. I won’t be ordering again. Christian also took down my info and said a manager would call me back shortly- they never did.
