They tell you not to order through weedmaps call then when you call they say they can’t hold what you called for which I think is outrageous. To me they don’t have pick up, if it’s only at their discretion and convenience.

Wow. The quality and dedication to their product is out of this world. I arrived with the hope of finding some terpene-specific strains to try. I walked into a cozy, clean, modern lobby accompanied by music and a small line. As the line quickly subsided I found myself inside and checking in. Immediately greeted by one of the budtenders (I’m assuming the manager) who was incredibly polite and informative. His passion for the product struck me keenly and I was eager to try any of these strains presented. Many of which had a very recognizable name all of which could be broken down by their parent strains by any of the budtenders who all seemed equally passionate and knowledgeable. I was never once rushed nor pressured to buy any specific thing and was led to exactly what I asked for in a manner that felt as if these folks truly enjoyed the products they were presenting. When I got home I was blown away. Everything from taste to presentation is through the roof. Absolutely top tier in every facet I cannot express it enough. Thank you all for your effort into making such an incredible first experience and one of many to come!

Goat house is always a great go to no matter what strand they have in stock, your not gonna have to choose a low testing product. Always satisfied when I leave don’t sleep on the goat great prices as well.

I used to go there. Then they started to have inconsistent product. Untrimmed bud that they blame on the machine. They’re not familiar with the term customer service. There was untrimmed Bud in the bag. There are many superior options for dispensaries and flower out there.

😡 Bad Flower!! Harsh dry I put in the trash not smoke able.. barely had flowerto choose from upset and when I came in had two opinions unless paid really high prices on little bags.. lady Emma sold me some of nasty harsh bud $70 dollars trash.. make sure you get your change! I am upset 😡 😤 Feel like they stole my money at this point becauseI could not smoke it.

I've been coming here alot recently and have enjoyed my interaction until today! I buy sunday pens all the time, yesterday i bought one that didn't work. So today i took it back explained it wasn't holding a charge and asked for an exchange. He gets out a charger and charges it all if 2 seconds and said try it a very tiny bit came out after hitting it a good 20 seconds and was told it was fine. They finally made the exchange but they handled it all wrong making me feel like i was scamming them for a free unusable vape! The terds working today needs lessons on customer service from Courtnie! Always test your vaps so your not treated like a criminal!

Best flower that I’ve had in a LONG time. Beautiful buds, big and small. Always friendly and experienced bud tenders. I thought with that quality I’m gonna have to pay 10 or more a gram. Nope, not the case. I spend what I would on shake at this store and nothing but that real sticky icky buds. Definitely “The New Spot”!!

Update your menu..says you have stuff when you don't...weedmaps is for the people who want to know what you have at the store today (hence the live menu) not what you did have or might have or are going to have...losing money daily..not that you guys care..just please..RESTOCK THE STORE AND UPDATE THE MENU!!! ... wondering if you guys are having management problems or is it supply issues? Either or, it needs fixing asap..that is all...I LOVE YOU GOAT HOUSE DONT LET ME LEAVE !!!
