Ethos in pleasant hills has a wonderful staff. They are pleasant and knowledgeable and they are so good with everyone. The security guys are always friendly. I saw the one guy help an elderly lady out to the car and I almost cried. I don’t think I’ve ever met a nicer bunch of people. Steven there waits on me quite frequently & it’s always a pleasure. I cannot remember all their names or I would shout them all out!!! Above all else, It’s a clean facility and there’s good pot ! 🖤

Great Dispensary So Close To Home!
Was so excited when this dispensary opened up 5 minutes from my house. We were used to traveling all over more than an hour away sometimes so this was wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Great stock and discounts. Thank you so much!

Been going since it’s opened and absolutely love the product selection. Great deals/promotions they run all the time and the Flower deal is great! Excellent staff all around from the Front Staff, Security, and the Backroom Staff. Always friendly and always willingly to answer any questions you have on the product. Horrible customer service
If I could give them a - star I would. I am an ebt card holder and this was the second time I was told it was on file so I wouldn’t have to log into the app to “prove” I was a recipient again. Well on my third visit today I was told it was still not noted on my file and the mgr came over and got an attitude with me made me uncomfortable I’m embarrassed that I need an ebt card he made me feel so horrible. Then I got locked out of the app and couldn’t get it reset in time for him. He started arguing with me about the notes and I finally said I’m out of here never coming back! Discrimination written all over this!!
