If I could give them a - star I would. I am an ebt card holder and this was the second time I was told it was on file so I wouldn’t have to log into the app to “prove” I was a recipient again. Well on my third visit today I was told it was still not noted on my file and the mgr came over and got an attitude with me made me uncomfortable I’m embarrassed that I need an ebt card he made me feel so horrible. Then I got locked out of the app and couldn’t get it reset in time for him. He started arguing with me about the notes and I finally said I’m out of here never coming back! Discrimination written all over this!!
