Awful experience

I made an order online and it of course asked my name and my phone number so the shop can get a hold of me if needed.I ordered specific Vape’s due to the THC content and not the flavor. I got there after driving an hour away from home to find out after 20 minutes of waiting unacknowledged in the parking lot that they did not have anything that I had ordered online.Instead of calling me to talk about it they assumed I would just take the what they have. Not only did I not get what I wanted but I was charged more for the things that I did not want. Don’t waste your time or your money on them. Drive a few minutes further to just about ANYWHERE and you will get what you ordered. The customer service was very rude, short, and left you feeling like you were inconveniencing them to do their job. But they made sure to put out a sign that tips are welcome. HA! I will never come here never recommend coming here and I will make sure to pass it along so that no one waste their time here.

I am sorry to hear about your experience at that dispo that you went to, because it doesn't sound anything like ours. For starters, we dont publicize the thc content of our cartridges so you driving here based on content tells me that you either werent at this dispensary or you were ordering from the wrong website, or both. 2nd, NEVER, does anybody wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged, I overstaff to insure it because our customers mean the world to us and lastly, have you read the hundreds of reviews about our customer service and products? Come on over to Essence, we will take great care of you with excellent customer service and products to match!

This was our first time at Essence and it is an amazing business. Our greeting was like we were family, greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Dani our budtender was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explained it with so much knowledge. Her patience was outstanding! When back in town there is no doubt this is our go to place🥰

The Essence Family is undoubtably the best! They are so very knowledgeable on all of their products, which is a heck of a lot more I can say for all the other dispensaries. You walk in and they don’t say what can I get for you, they say hi how are you today hope you’re having a nice day, then they approach and go from there. That is how you give 150%. Excellent! Their product is fire! Also, the smiling faces go a long, long way and mean a lot. Again, some other place you walk in and you get Merked. I’ve tried many other places. They say their product is OG. I’ve been let down every single time, with the Essence Family if it’s OG it’s 150% awesome!! You will not be disappointed with how kind, nice, caring, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Please keep up the great, great job to the Essence Family y’all Just keep rocking it like you are!!! Peace! Love this Dispensaries....I have tried several other Medical stores. "Essence" is by far the Best not only for the products,pricing. But for their Atmosphere. The Owners along with their employees get to know you on a personal level giving suggestions on what products you are looking for. Not pushing other products on you for a better sale like some dispensaries. My Favorite Dispo!

I go out of my way to come to this Dispo. The prices, the owner is sweet, the ladies are amazing and everything is faster than the other places I've been to. Dani was out the door, at the car and had my order in minutes. They might as well start a loyalty rewards program cause I'ma keep coming back!

Wow! Won’t be going anywhere else.

Being in a new place and setting for the first time can be different but wow was this place helpful and extremely friendly. I learned so much in 5 minutes; it was unreal. Regardless of what you think of pricing, the service this place provides is certainly worth its price. Kelly “Luv” and the staff really were outstanding. I’m generally not impressed by any customer service anymore because it doesn’t exist. This place is THE model of customer service. Great job to every one!

Great Spot!

What an awesome little dispo! I was driving through the area after snowshoeing the New Years and remembered I didn’t have any meds at home. I have only been to the Detroit Dispensaries and it’s kind of always the same thing. The staff were awesome, the facility was great, and the product was very nice! The prices also were very average which is A-OK to me. My bud tender Kelly (Luv) was a sweetie and hooked up the new patient discount. I travel the 75 corridor very often and will definitely be stopping in when I drive by! So convenient!
