Worst place ever
I ordered online to avoid the wait and still had to wait just for them to tell me that they were out of what I ordered which should have been posted online and offered to change it to less weight than I ordered how generous right I ended up getting nothing but my time and gas wasted

I'm really sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I agree - that is totally unacceptable. I make it a point to go above and beyond to make it right with guests. If you are inclined, feel free to call 989.465.7770 and ask to speak to the General Manager. If I'm not in, feel free to leave a message and we'll get back to you. I apologize again - we had an issue where Weedmaps had lost its connection with our inventory system and they did not tell us for a couple weeks. It has been fixed now and will be monitored closely to make sure it doesn't happen again. Regardless, that doesn't make up for your lost time or gas. I hope you're willing to give us a chance to make it right - but either way I want to apologize for your experience.

Amazing customer service
From the minute you pull into the parking lot of La Canna, everyone is wonderful. Usually Lori's there to welcome you with her bubbly personality. They have a cute little waiting room with a bulletin board with there monthly deals as well as a lot of other useful information bout them an within the community of Sanford. Each an every Bud tender is unique, friendly, caring, non judge mental, funny an down to earth. I love the fact the know what you like an offer things in that area no matter your budget, they will always ask if ya want to use or save points an also when the good deals are coming on the things you favor most.. Each one of them makes you feel special an actually gets to know you personally.. I even had a issue with a pre-roll an after not contacting them for a few days (my own reason an building not having power) I went back brought it to Lori's attention an she told me tell my bud tender an everything was handled an made rite. I'm very happy with La Canna an so glad they are in Sanford with the great atmosphere, prices and selection why go anywhere else?

Everyone is friendly and great quality in flower and products! I come in about once or twice a week and I absolutely LOVE it here! They always are up on telling you everything new and find products to fit you! Highly recommend coming in to take a look!
