I usually have a great experience here and have been a loyal customer for over a year. However, today was extremely frustrating. I placed an online order ahead of time, yet it took about eight minutes just for the employee to process my card, and another two to three minutes to hand me my product. There was only one other person in the store, so I don’t understand why it took over 11 minutes to fulfill a simple online order. The employee seemed more focused on carrying on a conversation than taking care of customers. I’ve never had this issue with the regular staff—the usual girl or the regular guy are efficient and professional. Unfortunately, this experience almost made me leave and go to another dispensary down the street. Slow and inattentive service like this can easily cost you business.
