No 10% discount for new customers

I ordered online the night before. When I went in to pick up my order the price was higher than before. I asked about the 10% new customer discount and they’re like “Oh we just stopped doing that today.” What about the orders that came through last night??!! I have to say I am not much impressed and kinda disappointed. The ambience of the place is great but the customer service not so much. Every other dispensary I have ever been to the customer service, the budtenders, their knowledge of the product was outstanding. Doobie nights—you may want to work on that. I can’t say I’ll be back, after all the new customer discount was the incentive that got me in the door. Since they literally stopped doing it that very day not much incentive to go back.

One star is required to submit a review. I don't recommend this store: no 1st time discount (I was offered a small package of edibles—they don't work for me, so NOTHING). Price are high and pre tax (when many others include tax). Choices are few. Inventory is low, as if they were selling of remaining inventory in a close out.

Great Deals & Excellent Inventory

This is my go-to spot; they always have the best deals and an excellent selection. The budtenders are friendly and are very knowledgeable; I've gotten some great recommendations from them. They always host fun events and are overall just a great club. There's tons of other places in the area I could go, but why waste my time with mids? Doobie provides a top tier experience and they have the staff/products to prove it; they even have super fun events going on all the time, so it's worth it to skip the rest.

My Go-to shop

I take the drive weekly from Rohnert Park because I like the inventory and the service is (usually, unless they are absolutely slammed) prompt. They usually have some deals going on, and the loyalty points system pays off well. Any issues I’ve had with discounts not being applied or being issued the incorrect item have been promptly fixed. I just wish they still accepted credit cards, but I understand that isn’t on them.

Seems like a usual dispo until you go inside. Good Music, Colorful LEDs everywhere. A Huge Selection! Especially for Flower they carry the top brands, even the good $25 1/8a. the budtender there Sarah helped me pick out some moongrown from Alien Labs. despite the $12 tax, really great place. will be coming back

Almost Always Perfect!

Kiana and everybody there is always great, very friendly and helpful. Often they are short-staffed so a little overworked, but they do their best every day. Have had the owner reach out directly to correct issues before; very welcoming and genuinely concerned with each person's experience. Kiana went above and beyond today to ensure satisfaction and get the sale. 👍🙏🤩💝 Unfortunately, I noticed afterward that my medical discount was not factored in on the receipt, so I'll be reaching out to them again for that later today, but they have always been pretty awesome about dealing with any issues. Great people great cannabis

Everytime I go here the bud tenders are friendly and happy to be there. The light experience is always changing and is great to watch. The cannabis selection is great and organized. I love the Soma Rosa pre-rolls, the Farmer and the Felon half ounces and the Jalibyrd half ounces!
