The Penn Avenue Strip District CY+ dispensary is much more convenient for me then the butler location. There is a free and convenient patient parking lot close by but I usually can find a spot right out front. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room of the dispensary. The product inventory has been consistent with a bigger selection of product on the menu. More importantly, I not only am made to feel valued as a customer, but I am made to feel valued as a medical patient as well. The bud tenders are passionate about cannabis and a few bud tenders in particular stand out as exceptionally knowledgeable. I’ve never left the dispensary disappointed when “Kasey” recommends me specific strains and products. There is also an educational space storefront open to the public right next door to the dispensary. I’m a strong believer in the PA medical program and CY+ seems to have it figured out here in Pittsburgh.

It's so nice to have a close place in Pittsburgh now and not have to drive to Butler. The staff here are great and well knowledged. There was no line. I went in immediately after showing my credentials. The building/lay out is nice inside. They had a good selection and nothing was out of stock. I used the online menu and knew what I wanted before I got there so it was very quick. Looking forward to trying and learning about new strains in future visits from the staff. THANKS!

I read some of the negative reviews and question if it’s the same place. These people are courteous and professional in the midst of a crazy time. Quality merchandise and friendly service. Easy online ordering and never took longer than 10 minutes to pick up start to finish. Blessing for this severe anxiety sufferer.

What a great experience! I've been to quite a few other dispos, and this is my favorite. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! As a first timer here, I was made to feel so welcomed. I didn't have to tell them I was a veteran to get my discount; they must have something in my slip after the entry portal to ID me as a newby at this location bc after getting inside I was guided thru the process without being made to feel like an inconvenience and they all answered all of my questions. I'm sad that I live 2.5 hrs away bc this would be my go to dispensary and will be when I'm in Pittsburgh!

Still new to medical cannibis, I walked in off the street not realizing it's best to pick out what you want before you enter. However, if you don't know what you want, you're greeted by knowledgeable staff that can assist and make recommendations based on what you're looking for as part of your cannibis journey. I came at a busy time so there was a decent sized line, but lots of people working and assisting customers; it wasn't long of a wait. Learned more from my trip to Sunnyside than I have at other dispensaries, however, this was the only time I leaned on their expertise. It's worth having some time to talk to the staff before you pick. A+

One of my favorite dispensaries in Pittsburgh The people are there are awesome at the front desk then you go into this little room they treat you with so much respect they help you with what you need,all the workers down there are awesome keep up the good work 🥰🥰😎 Every time I order online by time I get there 10 minutes or so my order is ready

The staff is always friendly when I go! It also is very easy to browse the items, place the order online, and easy pick up process!

I have made this my “go to” dispensary. Always have a decent selection and the staff are great to work with. Highly recommend this location.

So I have visited the dispensary twice since receiving my card. The first visit was very quick and painless. On my first visit I did not receive all I ordered. I am guessing that is because of the shortage. I then ordered online and it was flawless.

My visits are always quick and effortless. They have weekly deals that are pretty generous.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad visit here!

Very knowledgeable and professional. This facility actually takes your illness seriously and I feel comfortable going even when I am really sick. I find the location to be awesomely located and I appreciate the parking lot access. Great selection and help navigating through it. I definitely recommend.

The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. The wait is never too long and they have a good selection of products! My fave by far.

I live halfway between this PGH shop and the Butler location. This store has a much better selection. There wasn’t any wait at 2:30 in the afternoon. The PA Medical Marijuana Education Center is next door and offers a ton of seminars and information. This is a clean and well run operation.

Always have a good selection and stock, in and out in 15 mins generally.
