Anybody can be friendly when there's no issue.
I hate to share this because I had hoped for a better relationship with the place. The staff are friendly enough and service is quick enough, the orders are correct. I live right nearby and as a lifelong laborer I was really depending on this & excited when I got my card in Dec 2023. After spending $970.68 in these past few months I had a problem with one $72.00 item, a 14 gram sack of VytalOptions flower that was damp and smelled funny. I tried it and I think it has mold. All that nice help disappeared though. VytalOptions has not responded to the several emails the Ethos manager Tori told me to send. Even phone calls to their dispo got met with "I'll look into this, we'll work with you" then two weeks of not a word. Ethos doesn't help though they sold it to me. Why? I still have this bad purchase sitting in my fridge waiting to hear a word. I enclosed a few caps of my purchase receipts in my Google review in case someone thinks I'm a liar. I'm really disappointed, I had a mostly positive opinion of the place but it's when you have a problem that you really know who your friends are.
