Better than the rest
I've been to all local Pittsburgh dispensaries and this location takes the Birthday Cake (specifically Grassroots)! Friendly knowledgable staff, good deals (%20 off 1 item yesterday for the 4th of july). I've came here multiple times due to them being the only one in the area to carry specific things (live resin pods, Grassroots dry leaf and caviar). Thank you Maitri Pittsburgh
Best western PA dispenary
This place is perfect for patients who have already been a patient in other states and love having a variety. They have the biggest selection and best pricing out of all of them.
One of the best medical dispensaries in Western PA
The staff is very friendly. Their selection is vast, and their prices are typically cheaper than some of the other dispensaries in the area. I like that they do daily deals and could hold items if you call and request it. I would want to work for this company

Best shop in the area but I still go to CY+ just because of their online ordering and efficiency. I feel like the wait at Maitri is too long because of the relaxed nature of the main room. They encourage people to pole around and take their time, but I have places to go! I have doctor's appointments. I have a job. Please have online ordering and quick pickup ASAP. That's all I want. Some people want to talk about weed all day. I just want my meds and to go on with my day.
great staff and a nice atmosphere
My tree started off very strong with a heavy selection of high-end flower. however, in the past couple of years they have not done quite as well as they did at the beginning. I really hope they can pick it back up.

They get it
Here they get the patients they care about our needs and what will make it a little bit better for us medically very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection staff knew about what terpenes I needed and what they offered. Highly recommend Maitri. Only thing I don't like is the location.
Really good dispensary, could be better
Probably the best shop in town right now. The only problem is that the setup encourages customers to chat endlessly about cannabis with the budtender, and customers are often left paralyzed from too many decisions to make on a multipage menu. I get that many customers want to talk about pot because they are enamored with it and it's legality. But I imagine many patients are juggling jobs, doctors appointments for illnesses, and lives, and don't want to spend any time in a waiting room for medicine.
Worst Customer Facing facility
I have come to this dispensary several times within the last few months of me having my medical marijuana card and every other time I come here I get a wishy-washy customer client experience. The last time I came here I placed an order online ahead of time at the beginning of the day, had my items reserved and by the time I got to the store front they were out of the item and then did not try to compensate me for my time on my order even though my items were “on hold”. oh This weekend when I came here this same event happened again I had my item reserved they didn’t have it and then they told me to leave the store and come back so that way I can have a new order which makes no sense considering this is not the process for any of the other dispensaries in the city. I do not know if I will continue to come here unless their client customer service experience and procedures change ASAP.

I’m waiting and waiting and waiting, no sense of urgency here I have to have a whole hour set aside just for a trip
Place is overrated
Disappointed. Regret. Parking is bad then walk to business first person you see is a armed security guard (who isn’t going to nothing). Then walk up stairs then get lectured about doing a pre order (I did ) People need to see what others places offer and they’ll realize just how bad this place is
