Stars don’t matter when you treat patients differently…. Walked in and saw they had a few people waiting…only 2 benches that were taken so I stood and then sat in the bare floor for at least 5 minutes. Seat becomes available as another patient walks in. He’s inquiring about being checked in and what do you know he gets checked in before me even though I stood up and stated I’ve been waiting to be checked in. Stupid excuse was she was coming to check me in next…. Well sweetheart, that was very inconsiderate and to appease one customer you lost one forever today! Not such a good job on that. But you can check my track record, when someone lights the bridge on fire, I let it burn. Sunburn is toast, Trulieve has been a joke for years and now tamarac Curaleaf joins the list of never to return to dispensaries. It’s not personal, but you did a poor job personally in handling the situation and should have apologized instead of making excuses!
