I had a great experience at curaleaf Gainesville, Jay (Joesph) took great care of me. I had to drive 35 miles to get to the dispensary and Jay made sure the product I wanted was there not by looking it up in the computer but physically making sure it was there before I made the 40 min trip., great customer service He further explained how curaleaf has statewide delivery at no cost I will definitely be using that service

First and Foremost Experience

Thank you Gainesville dispensary for saving my life. I'm 68 years young but was feeling older. My chronic back pain disappeared after taking my first marijuana "medicine." Today I can jump around like a 17 year old at the prom. More relevant for me, I can perform my daily routines as if I was never before disabled. Wow! Thank you again Gainesville Curaleaf!!!

1st visit to Gainesville Curaleaf

I have ordered from Curaleaf and have become familiar with their products. Usually I hit the Ocala location but they were out of what I needed. Tried alot of products and I have found that the distillates are the best bang for the buck. Unfortunately Curaleaf carries only 3 distillates. Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid in different percentages ranging from 75 to 85% THC. Prices were very reasonable at about $53 a gram (with discount) I picked up 1 Sativa and a 3 Hybrids. First48 at 84.5 THC and .3 CBD. Also got some of Blue Dream at 79 THC and a wopping 8.6 CBD. Not a huge fan of CBD so I am going to mix the two together to create a slightly less CBD vape mixture. Liberty had Blue Dream which came in at 90.5 THC and 3.5 CBD. They can't keep that distillate in stock as it is very CBD heavy which some people like. What sucked was the guy I was talking to while waiting took the last 3 of the 85% Sativa. He said he was there especially for that. I mentioned that I was that what I had just driven an hour for and not to take the last one. He took all 3 that were left.Thanks buddy. Well this will be my last trip to Gainesville to pick up product. The staff was cool and the wait was minimal but it is a long drive for me. I was told that that Curaleaf will deliver for free. All I need to do is check website for inventory for Gainesville and then call that location to have it delivered.

Horrible communication skills

I ordered ahead for curbside pickup of 2 item's. I was quoted 36.50 and the guy who met me, quoted a dollar more. I don't like to complain about a freaking dollar but, the economy is bad and I'm elderly woman on Disability. To try and talk to the person and explain myself "Assertively" was stressful. He obviously mistook my "concerns" & told me they would not serve me if I "continued to be an aggressive patient" He also looked about 40 year's younger than I and I don't care to be harassed by a child at a curbside pickup. I went and told my story to a place where the owners are the biggest supporters of marijuana legalization in Florida and was not only applauded but stopped by many in the Cafe, to give me kudos for being honest enough to stand up and fight the folks who continue to give me anxiety. I am a domestic abuse survivor and have a problem with men in the first place. The customer isn't always right anymore.
