Great deals, great products, and even better customer service! I have used Craft in Moore for about two years now and I have never found a better dispensary. I usually go in after work and always get helped by Dashawn and John, they always have great customer service, showing me products and talking about the in app offers 10/10 Also unrelated the floor looks really cool

I picked up 3 oz of flower. Three different strains. All of them were dank, sticky, stinky, tasty, colorful and potent. They also had some nice fat buds in them. I was very pleased with my order. They also carry very high quality infused pre-rolls.

5 gram 1/8’s?

5 gram 1/8 was my main reason for ordering there today. Got home and not one single 1/8 of the 25$ shelf x 3 was 5 grams. But I was charged 70$. I feel ripped off. I called and was told. “ we will just note that we owe you a couple grams.” Whaaat? That is horrible dishonest service. That is so messed up.. I won’t be back there and will tell my friends not to go there unless they want to be “ripped off”😡

This used to be my go to place, but the quality just keeps going down. Got a half of pure Michigan popcorn bud- got it home and dumped it into my mason jar and it may as well have been shake- stems, leaves and tiny pieces. I usually only get popcorn and it has never been this bad. When the medical laws changed and everything had to be prepackaged- I felt confident coming here because the quality was always great - not anymore. Very disappointed.

Don’t know if they have new growers or what’s going on with the bud consistency. Sometimes it’s great and the next time the strain will be total opposite. Nothing but water leafs and barely any trichomes. The last batch was great but between this super boof half oz I got and the cap junk half oz just wasn’t even close to quality. Both strains left me disappointed this last visit. Come on guys!

drove all the way up to pick up my order (placed hours before, mind you) only to find out they didn’t have a single cart that was part of the order. budtender could not have given less of a f*ck whatsoever. decided to snag a $17.76 half Oz of Spritzer popcorn through the app - literal schwag, mind you i’ve had this cut from this grower multiple times before and loved it. this dispo and grow has gone so downhill. it’s pretty hard to leave a customer unsatisfied by a sub $20 half Oz, but congrats - you’ve done it
