I’ve visited Cannabis 21+ Mission Valley three or four times now, and I’m consistently impressed with the staff and service. This most recent visit was easily my best yet. I came in looking for holiday cannabis products for Christmas and New Year celebrations. I no longer drink, and my relationship with cannabis is far more intentional and positive than alcohol ever was. Because of that, I value knowledgeable, thoughtful staff who can listen and guide. Zach M. absolutely delivered. He asked the right questions, understood what I look for in my recreational THC experience, and made excellent recommendations. He even made sure I got a discount. I’d never met Zach before, but he immediately felt like an old friend, comfortable, respectful, and genuinely professional.
