Everything went fine, I made the purchase, and it was enjoyable medicine. I like to feel like, it made me feel calmer, and relaxed, but also, it should only be done at home, Cannabis is something that can help your state of mind, remember to hold onto it after you buy it, because sometimes getting more is a big job too.

l'a give it zero stars if that were an option. This place is such a scam!! I've been going there since they opened and collecting loyalty points on every visit. I just went in today to use my points and was told they were all erased and there was nothing they could do. I can't tell you how blown away I was at the response I got from Calvin, one of the owners (or at least he said he was an owner). If he is, in fact, an owner, no wonder why this business has gone to hell. But, I digress. His excuse was, because of a third party called Dutchie, which Bazonzoes hired themselves, the points got screwed up and they ended up erasing points from anyone who hadn't been there in 3 months. WHAT?? I've been collecting for years and you're just going to wipe it clean without any warning??? WTF??? He was unwilling to work with me to recover my points, even though my budtender had pulled my last 3 transactions in about 20 seconds. He said he could give me 20% off. What a joke!

This is absolutely the worst store I’ve ever been in. Where do I start? I’ve spent about two to $3000 just to have no points. I did an order in October to my house then I go back in and they tell me that was my first order I’ve been going there since April still no points. I spend between three and 350 every time I go there and I have no points and I put the cherry on the icing. They are allowed somebody to buy underneath my girlfriend for her 42%. I’m the one that brought her there and she said and they’re telling me I’ve been there since October when I’ve made multiple purchases in April May, June this place is absolutely horrible. They will allow people to buy under your name, buyers beware buyers. Beware I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this as well plus the manager that I talk to told me that she doesn’t really care and that what her system says goes, that’s funny. Been going here since the spring(9 months) and every few trips they can never find my points but can see I’ve purchased. How do you have a reward system but don’t honor it? The last time I was there they even found someone else had purchased under my name, which should show I have MORE points, but yet still nothing. The manager came over and couldn’t explain anything and would only say my system domes show you have point. How?? She wouldn’t even offer to make it right. She really didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Second twist: my boyfriend then said okay I should have points add it to mine - shocker- he apparently has none too and they lost his purchase history. People in the lobby agreed with him and said similar things happened to them! It’s not about the points, we have plenty of money but who doesn’t like their freebies? but the lack of customer service lost them a customer. The manager even said she didn’t care. Great management… sike.
