Purchased an eighth from Connected SF on 4/19 and should have known better when they offered it at $64 instead of the advertised $80. Picked it up anyway because the buds looked nice and was super disappointed with the smoke. Burned black with zero resin ring and tasted like an average OG/cookie - nothing special or exotic at all. Stick with their str8 up Biscotti

I purchased some Element live resin last week and just got around to trying the “Blue Cindy.” Smelled and looked great initially (hence why I picked it up) but once dabbed, tasted and smelled of straight burnt rubber. I’m dabbing low temp on a well-maintained nail so it’s def not my wrongdoing. I reached out to Element and they said they were aware of the issue and that they will not be working with the cultivator, Kilo Farms, again. How did this pass testing? Why has it not been removed from your shelves yet? Is there any way I can get this swapped out? I have a gram 3/4 unused that I can’t do anything with smh. I get it, you don’t make the products, you merely sell them, but this ain’t right, especially for 50-60g
