I had bought a Sandcastle hash company cartridge earlier in the week and as soon as I got it home and tried hitting it, I knew something was wrong. It was not producing any smoke and when it did, it was the slightest amount that tasted like burnt metal. I tried bringing it into the store for a return where one of the guys behind the counter did some sort of demonstration where they blew smoke out of it without hitting it, and basically determined that I was lying to them and that there was nothing they could do. The cart still will not hit. And the employee in the store spoke in an aggressive tone like he was right and I was wrong, horrendous customer service I will not be visiting again after being a loyal customer for years. Again this was the first item I had ever tried returning.

Prices & selection are also good ;-) I only have one single complaint;; Your menu is not always available, living approximately 3 +/- hours away it would be great to be able to plan a bit before making the trip there & back..... PLEASE it would be super helpful!!

I came in from out of town this weekend and I got to say this is the best dispensary in Klamath Falls. The breath 17 is off the hook for the price. I bought a quarter of that Everybody was super nice and friendly. I will definitely come again when I'm in town.
