I ordered ABX sleepy time 25mg 30 count soft gels. They fulfilled my order with 25mg 30 count regular thc capsules. I was still at the counter when I realized the dispensary’s mistake but the girl at the counter said they didn’t have what I actually ordered and refused to refund me my money. I drove 30 miles to this dispensary specifically for the sleepy time gels. The girl was trying to run game on me about what the different cabanoids do like i haven’t been smoking or ingesting cannabis since i was a teen... I’m about to be 42. Guaranteed I know more than her...I will never come back here again and would advice anyone who is thinking of patronizing this place to stay as far away as you can. The girl at the counter was rude and super unprofessional. My only mistake was not asking her name so I could put her on blast here. I would give 212 0 stars if I could.

Great new dispensary
Great neighborhood, clean, safe, very friendly security guard and a super nice woman greeting me. Not the biggest selection of flowers but they're beautiful and organic. The CBD oil capsules are the best available. I know several cancer patients and others who swear by them.
Absolutely blown away by this clubs vapor pens
I thought that I was a connoisseur with vapor pens….humbly realize that I did not know what true quality was until visiting 2one2.
Generally I don't recommend products to people because there are so many variables, however this is one product, the only product, that I can confidently say that I guarantee that you will be just as satisfied and blown away as I have been.
This club has the only cartridge that I will be using. My patients will be recommended to switch from the myriad of pens they are currently using to the vapor pens from this dispensary.

Master Extractor - waste of good money

My previous review was, in no way, meant to reflect this dispensary, the service they provide, or it's employees. The problem I had was with the device, and only the device.
As anyone who has purchased any kind of electronic equipment over the last 20 or so years knows, sometimes you get a lemon. That was the case here. The device was defective and my frustration was reflected in my comments.
I did call the dispensary and they bent over backwards to correct the problem. They replaced the device, charger and cartridges with no hassle at all. The device arrived this morning, and it is truly amazing and easy to use. The product in the cartridge is superb. I am recommending this device and dispensary to all.
And again, as I originally stated, the bud I purchased from them is far better quality than anything I've found in any dispensary throughout the valley.
I give this dispensary and it's staff an overall rating of 50 stars. Total class act!!!

I visited this dispensary on Friday, December 23, 2016. I traveled from Modesto to SF for a wedding, and stopped in to pick up some bud. The salesperson was very friendly, and convinced me to buy a Master Extractor vape pen. He explained how it worked, tried to sell me the stand and an extra cartridge (very glad I didn't fall for it), and asked if I would like a puff, which I declined.
Later in the day, I finally got the chance to try the pen. I followed the instructions to turn it on and pre-heat it, and got a decent puff from it. A few hours later I tried again, but the pen wouldn't turn on again.
I returned home to Modesto on Saturday, and tried charging the pen, based on both the salesperson's instructions as well as the instructions on the web site. It is now Monday, December 26, and this piece of crap still does not work, nor will it charge the battery. It appears to be a total waste of money. I am not about to travel 120 miles each way, just to return it, so I am writing it off as a lesson learned. This device is NOT worth half the price I paid for it. Contrary to the other reviews I've read, this pen is a piece of crap, and I will be telling everyone I know who is interested in one, to save their money and use a different dispensary. It's a rip-off, pure and simple.
On a positive note, tho, the bud I purchased was very good.

Now with all that said, from what you describe in your review, it sounds like you simply have a faulty battery.

Best vapor in the city!
By far the best vapor in the city. Always available in many strains. The same effects every time. Gorilla Glue #4 may be my favorite strain I have had at any shop, including when I lived in Denver. Jen and Brian are great guys that will help you out!
Amazing vapor
Up from South Bay for the weekend for the cannabis conference. Just dropped by 2one2 dispensary a couple blocks down the street from the hotel.
Hands down, the best vapor cartridges I have ever smoked, and I've smoked many. Has smell, taste, and smooth as silk. See you tomorrow for round 2.

Good service with a wide range of quality cannabis products! Picked up an ounce of the blendz flower special. Cheapest ounce I’ve ever bought and I have to say it’s quite good. Smell is decent and smokes good. Definitely recommend

Great even for old schoolers
Not being familiar with current trends, I was a bit intimidated going in, but no need! Young gun walked this old lady thru their selection, turned me on to a sweet deal and guided me to a bit of very good stuff that took me back to my younger days! Easy, clean, comfortable and professional... The next time I went in, I asked for something that wouldn't get me so well... you know -- high as a kite. Something to address my back pain and something that could help with my mild anxiety issues. The suggestion this time was a vapor cartridge and battery setup that they have on special. They demonstrated usage when I was in the store, but by the time I went to use it that evening, I had forgotten and quite simply couldn't get much of a drag out of this. When I went to their home page website, I watched a usage video that reminded me of what to do. After watching the video clip a could of times, I felt unstoppable. My new favorite downtown spot. Please don't tell my kids! hehe

Just bought their special for first time visit. Absolutly the best oil I have ever had. Done with all the others Ive tried, even the ones i thought were good....... Words cant do this pen justice! I had no clue flavorful vaping oil could be..... Get their special if you go there. Well deserved 5 star!!!!!

My go-to spot when I get off BART
This place has a great location as I get out of Embarcadero BART station. Their bud is great and very fairy priced. They have a nice selection of pre-rolls as well. The budtenders at 2one2 are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m always on a budget and, again, these guys are my go-to. Very reliable and open later on the weekends!
