Driver was on the phone when delivery was made. Did not have everything I ordered. Had to get out of his car, open his trunk and ask me to choose an alternate to what I ordered. Not discreet and not professional.

We ordered several handheld concentrates for our order 2 of them had to be substituted for other brands. The other 2 were the correct brand, but the wrong flavors. The Turn handhelds came leaking inside the packages . Overall this experience was 3/10. I would like some type of refund or compensation for lack of quality service . I have always spend upwards of 200$ per order. Regardless , all clients should be receiving what they select in the app. If products are not available they should not be able to be selected. These types of delivery service company should not be allow to operate on your platform if they are defrauding your customers.

This was my second time ordering and again, second time they didn't have the items I ordered and or the free gift from the code used at checkout. I had to ask the driver to come back after i noticed the items weren't what i ordered and when he arrived they still didnt have the items stocked so idk what the point of the menu is. I basically just chose from the options he presented me. After that i contacted the store to let them know about the issue and the free gift forgotten twice and got no response. Read all the reviews and 95% of the 5 stars are from the same user so they are obviously fake reviews to combat the negative ones. Will not be ordering from this unprofessional delivery service.
