Classic bait and switch. They replaced 3 of my carefully chosen items with other items. One of the switched items was large buds sativa and I got medium indica, definitely not what I paid for. We're not just talking a flavor switch here, we're talking full product switch. When I called the number went to voice mail of an unknown mail box. When I texted the driver he wrote back, "sorry" but these are similar products and that they were out of what I ordered. I said they were not similar and he responded, "sorry" and that "next time I would get a very cool gift". I take some responsibility for not checking the products further before paying but I trusted the driver. I should've noticed when he laid every item out on his trunk in plain view of my entire neighborhood before letting me have it. The only reason this is not a one star is because they were here quick, had a good selection and the guy was nice enough. Just don't like bait and switch with a promise on a future order.

Driver was on the phone when delivery was made. Did not have everything I ordered. Had to get out of his car, open his trunk and ask me to choose an alternate to what I ordered. Not discreet and not professional.

We ordered several handheld concentrates for our order 2 of them had to be substituted for other brands. The other 2 were the correct brand, but the wrong flavors. The Turn handhelds came leaking inside the packages . Overall this experience was 3/10. I would like some type of refund or compensation for lack of quality service . I have always spend upwards of 200$ per order. Regardless , all clients should be receiving what they select in the app. If products are not available they should not be able to be selected. These types of delivery service company should not be allow to operate on your platform if they are defrauding your customers.
