Flower was top notch, especially for the price!
Staff was helpful and nice. Delivery time was a bit longer than expected, they added additional time but notified me and kept me updated. Overall experience was great. They gave me a free pre roll for being a new patient. I will for sure comeback sometime and get that GG#4 again. Amazing.
Top Shelf Express is by far my favorite delivery company to use when I don't want to deal with the business of the store fronts. Not only do they always have the product in stock that I am looking for, they also provide the best quality as a delivery company from flower to concentrates. Top Shelf delivery drivers are quick to deliver and keep in contact with you to let you know the estimated time of arrival if it should change. The pricing is slightly higher, but still is 5 stars in my opinion because I never have to worry about a delivery minimum, which if you're like myself I hate always having to order a certain amount. I recommend anyone that can't make it to a club to use Top Shelf Express because they are all around the best delivery company.
I have had the best experience with top shelf. They are super quick to respond, informative, friendly, they have great product knowledge, product array, etc. I don't have to sit in a fancy lobby, talk about my disability, feel obligated to drink weird spa water, be anything other than myself. i've been utilizing delivery services for 2 years now but i've never received an order so quick. the delivery service near my place is 2 miles away and i still have to wait 1-2 hours before getting my stuff. i got my order today in 30 minutes. nice and helpful staff, GREAT value, varied selection, and quick delivery. shout out to ben for the awesome service. might be my new favorite! keep up the good work!
So im a returning weekly customer, every week i purchase at least 100$ worth of bud, edibles, cartridges, etc. Today i put in an order 6pm and at 7pm my delivery guy calls to tell me he was at my old address. Which ive told them several times i moved, and they've even successfully delivered to my new place. The new place is 2 minutes away from my old place. I waited 20 minutes thinking the driver was just lost because he WAS being nice. Then i contacted the main office and all they reply with was ok, no im sorry, no hell be there shortly. I had to call tge driver, who had decided to leave the old address, to come to the new address just to leave and drive away from my father as he was approaching the car. He is a veteran and i was ordering edibles for his pain, etc. He then proceeded to tell me that he was a minority so he didnt feel comfortable making the drop off since there were "police cars". There were none, he was talking about my fathers cars which have k-9 stickers on them. I told him this and he still refused to deliver, even after i said id meet him somewhere since he wasnt comfortable. ThenThe guy at the main office answered and said "you know what, we just dont want to deal with you right now" and hung up. It was a back and forth mess, they were both fucking around and not doing their job. I always order from top shelf and never had a problem. One what the driver was doing wasnt illegal, and two he pulled the "im a minority card, so understand if i dont want to be by the cops". If thats the case, quit the job, didnt know he was black til he used it as an excuse to not deliver. Bossman answering the requests should also just be fired. No employee's should work under such rude supervision. Thats ehy reviews are getting worse.
My new go to delivery! Great prices!! Quality has been great! Service is really good! Thank you for the 15 minute delivery Sabrina! It usually takes longer but that's ok too. Don't have to drive anywhere. My happy place!!!
Wrong products on menu. They have no clue what's in stock? Then you ask for a different item saying that they will give you a discounted price when that's the actual sale price. Sent wrong products over and said they will correct it. Asked for an ETA 2 hours later and they state it will be 75 minute wait. They use to have excellent customer service. They aren't even knowledgeable about their products. Will no longer use service. Shame....

Service is terrible. I'm a new customer. Took more than two hours for the delivery when the person told me 75 mins. Extra 10% charge if you use debit/credit card. No one has told me about it. Ended up paying extra 20 bucks when I had more than two hours to go to the bank and get cash. No first timer gift unless you ask for it. This is bullshit... Worst service I've ever seen.
