We are a private collective, referral base only. Unfortunately due to policies of maximum amount of members we are allowed to have by law, we have reached our full capacity and can not except any new patients at this time. You are more than welcome to sign up on our waiting list. As soon as a current member does not visit for a certain amount of time, he or she automatically goes on our waiting list, and the first person on the waiting list is called to be excepted to our club. That's with extra hospitality due to the amount of wait time and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused. Because of this we offer exclusive deals and exceptional service to our returning members. All of the product we deal with is top shelf quality and we offer a very wide selection of medication. All of our staff is equipped to answer any questions you have about your medical needs and are happy to help.

They just re uped in most of their strains and they are straigjt fire. Would recommend getting some of their gorilla glue🔥

Well after being stuck on this place for a few years since it was great. The sad story is that all good things have to come to an end. Nice ppl nice buds. But not great customer appreciation. Because if I run a business and I get complains about a product and that person is not trying to obtain nothing for free just exchange the product for something that will meet his/her needs and keep them happy and coming back. That's customer service not just taking your money and leaving you stuck with unwanted product. To each their own time for me to find a new place to go to. Just be weary of what your getting. Looks are deceiving sadly found out. Now stuck with it. This is medicine we are patients and if the medicine advertised to create the desired effects are not happening then it's point less to consume. Try it for your self just research your strain before you buy dnt end up with a mislabeled strain or something they decided to call that because it sells.
Thank you for your feedback and concern, however, we have a no refund/exchange policy. We have made several exceptions in the past but in your case you had consumed 3 grams of the 5 you received. In the future we advise that you not smoke more than half of the strain you picked before claiming you are not satisfied. You also contacted us days after your visit. Unfortunately on those grounds, an exception was not possible. Our knowledgeable bud-tenders also explain to all our members that strains usually have a different effect that varies patient to patient. It's a best practice that you research your strains but we'd also like to kindly advise that you do thorough research on multiple different, reputable websites prior to making false accusations with no supporting evidence that a collective is mislabeling their inventory. We hope this helps you understand.
