There was no description given on the product that I ordered. It says it is a āhandheld concentrateā. And then they do not tell you that it is actually a refill cartridge for a particular type of vape pen. I do not have that type of vape pen. And I would not have bought a refill cartridge for a pen that I donāt own, if it had been described as such. So I just spent 30 bucks on a little cartridge that I cannot use. It does not say it is a cartridge or a refill in the description and thereās no photo. And since there is no photo or description, the customer is left to guess at what they are buying. Now Iām stuck with a cartridge, not a handheld concentrate which one would think means a vape pen. And thereās no way for me to get my money back because I had to open the package to see what was inside. I have always given this dispensary high marks. But they just cost me 30 bucks.
