There was no description given on the product that I ordered. It says it is a “handheld concentrate”. And then they do not tell you that it is actually a refill cartridge for a particular type of vape pen. I do not have that type of vape pen. And I would not have bought a refill cartridge for a pen that I don’t own, if it had been described as such. So I just spent 30 bucks on a little cartridge that I cannot use. It does not say it is a cartridge or a refill in the description and there’s no photo. And since there is no photo or description, the customer is left to guess at what they are buying. Now I’m stuck with a cartridge, not a handheld concentrate which one would think means a vape pen. And there’s no way for me to get my money back because I had to open the package to see what was inside. I have always given this dispensary high marks. But they just cost me 30 bucks.

Not sure what you are talking about here. We don't sell any refill cartridges or proprietary vape. We sell disposables and 510 carts. None of our vape items cost $30. I think you left the review for the wrong store. You can always call us about products you need more information on, or if we did not deliver the product you want.
