I wish there was more transparency about the delays. Last order took three hrs when it said 30-90 min. I needed migraine relief and when I asked if they could bring it upstairs like they did the last few times, they declined due to being behind. Strange customer service priority. You’d think a normal extra step (especially with two delivery persons in the car) after a 3hr delay would be accommodated. I was really bummed now when I order I have to make sure to not be going anywhere or need medical relief for a few hours. Last time my order was an hr over the estimated time and they at least added a lil treat. After 3hrs though didn’t receive anything, not even a direct delivery. Great stuff selection tho just order delivery with patience I guess tbh.
