Delivery was good, but the guy accused me of not paying until he refreshed his app. Kinda was unprofessional. Weed was mid for the price.

I’m trying to cancel my order but they turned off their phone . Now if they show up at my house that’s another thing because I was trying to cancel. I called, they answered the first time told me to hold, I was on hold for 3 mins, called back, number not working

Really uncool customer service. They brought me the wrong order and then told me they would call me back to fix it… never called me back. Super inconvenient as I was stuck in Newark on a flight delay and had very limited options. When I did finally talk to them, they knew exactly what I was talking about and knew that they gave me the wrong order, and then refused to do anything to remedy the situation. Even after giving them multiple solutions on how we could fix this. In the end, they expected me to buy more from them, and only offered to waive the five dollar delivery fee. They weren’t rude, but definitely the focus was not on helping me as the customer, but on making more money off of me. Just not very good vibes for a dispensary. Bummer.

Customer service called me and helped me fix my order and then was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Super cool.

Ordered from this spot for delivery a few times now and have been nothing but impressed. They arrive on time with QUALITY product, can’t ask for much more. They are the only delivery service I will be using from now on. Cheers!!!
