Got my part of my order wrong and delivered “fire og” Plugplay pod instead of the “bubblegum kush” that I had ordered. Would have appreciated a call or something at least letting me know instead of me finding out after the deal and given the bag of goods. Was in a rush at the time too so i did not have enough time to wait again to fix the order. I’m sure maybe they were busy or something but again I would have appreciated it if they let me know that pod I ordered wasn’t in stock so I could order one I actually wanted. Delivery driver was amazing though 10/10 on his service and speedy delivery!

I’m occasionally ok with substituting, but changing to a cheaper version when I paid for the live resin version seems like a scam. otherwise deliveries are always courteous and kind.
