I’m occasionally ok with substituting, but changing to a cheaper version when I paid for the live resin version seems like a scam. otherwise deliveries are always courteous and kind.

received delivered email and never got a text that delivery person was here didn’t receive my product. i even called the store a few times and they confirmed my name and number gave me an eta.
