I never order in the Costa Mesa area due to lack of menu variety. This delivery was new and really stood out because they carry so many of my favorite brands. I got some of my favorites CRU Stiiizy and so many edibles. I received my order within 30 minutes and was shocked by how friendly the guys were who handled my order. Overall Pleasant Experience

I'd rate the entire process as outstanding. If I were forced to put something in the negative column it would be delivery speed. My delivery person was great, very professional and courteous. But over an hour? Nobody had to cook anything, and that couldn't possibly be the busy time. Put great product, service, pricing and people all around!

Cannabis Delivery is the perfect antidote for sheltering at home. I've used JADEROOM a couple times now. First time was a bit rocky but it eventually go sorted. Another time the delivery guy waited in his car, even thought I had indicated "to my door" for delivery. I called to him from my porch and he came. I paid cash. He asked if I wanted the change (like I was going to tip him a percentage of my order? no, sorry). I asked him to bring me $5 of my change. I felt like I'd been hustled a little. Not a good feeling. I might had tipped $10 had the service been more than PERFUNCTORY.

Great overall experience absolutely re-ordering!

Top Notch Service with Speed

I ordered from Jade Room last night and was thoroughly impressed with the speed and pleasant service. I was lucky enough to get Martin as a driver who showed up in an impressive 45-50 minutes after ordering online. Not only was Martin quick, he also communicated well via txt, and upon meeting him I was greeted with a smile and a thank you for my purchase. I’ll definitely be using them again. My favorite dispensary in OC!

I love deliveries but I'm not crazy about in person dispos, without a car it has to be really good to make me go. But despite this, there's nowhere else like Jaderoom, and unlike other in-person dispensaries I feel the prices are not overly high. Can't wait to try your delivery options too!
