I never order in the Costa Mesa area due to lack of menu variety. This delivery was new and really stood out because they carry so many of my favorite brands. I got some of my favorites CRU Stiiizy and so many edibles. I received my order within 30 minutes and was shocked by how friendly the guys were who handled my order. By far my best experience on Weedmaps to date. Thanks again Jaderoom!

Overall Pleasant Experience

I'd rate the entire process as outstanding. If I were forced to put something in the negative column it would be delivery speed. My delivery person was great, very professional and courteous. But over an hour? Nobody had to cook anything, and that couldn't possibly be the busy time. Put great product, service, pricing and people all around!

They're fast, and considerate, and helpful. I ordered from JADEROOM and received it in like 30 minutes. When we had an incorrect product in our delivery, they sent someone over with the correct product and a bunch of freebies for our trouble. Cannabis Delivery is the perfect antidote for sheltering at home. I've used JADEROOM a couple times now. First time was a bit rocky but it eventually go sorted. Another time the delivery guy waited in his car, even thought I had indicated "to my door" for delivery. I called to him from my porch and he came. I paid cash. He asked if I wanted the change (like I was going to tip him a percentage of my order? no, sorry). I asked him to bring me $5 of my change. I felt like I'd been hustled a little. Not a good feeling. I might had tipped $10 had the service been more than PERFUNCTORY.
