Well today was interesting! I love this place so much! They have great prices, and good people, and good product, but today I ordered a large order and was in need of change. I called immediately and asked if they could bring change after placing my order and told them my name to avoid confusion. My plan was if they could not bring change I could go to the store and make sure I had exact cash and a tip for the order. They assured me they would bring enough change. When 2 hours had passed and I had not received an ETA I called to request one and reminded them again I needed change with my order. When the driver showed up he did not have change. Nobody in the company used Apple Cash and my bank doesn’t partner with Zelle, venmo, or cashapp and so he ended up taking a lower amount for the order. I appreciate them for making it work, but then they texted me a few hours later telling me they will add my remainder total from today on my next order. Not suprising either except I was fully prepared to pay the full amount today and it was extremely inconvenient that I had requested change twice they confirmed twice and they still didn’t have it. I hope they can figure this out going forward
