The last few times I’ve gone to this shop their menu has done me dirty. Today I was told their Weedmaps is hardly ever right and I should just look on their website…. So then why even have a Weedmaps if it’s not going to be correct? I literally take a min to plan what I can afford and whatnot based off what’s on their menu. And then I go and the prices aren’t correct or things are out of stock. It’s frustrating. To my understanding the shop had the ability to make the changes on their weed maps so it’s no one fault but their own. But if I’m incorrect about that, my bad. Also the staff is always usually chill and nice / helpful. The last time I went before this time there was an error with the prices. The dude helping me disregarded me and couldn’t use his eyeballs to see what I was showing him on weed maps in relation to the price it was charging. Just writing me off saying it was a different kind of wax I was referring to and it wasn’t, a lady stepped in and heard me out.

I ordered online and went to pick up, one of the items I ordered they didn’t have so I had to pick something else. I figured my order would be ready and waiting for me since I ordered ahead of time but that wasn’t that case. They are nice but I feel like when service isn’t as expected some sort of compensation should be offered, even if it was an extra stamp on the stamp card or something small.
