MOTA is a family-owned business, operated by two brothers who were born and raised in Southern California. Our journey began in The Valley of Sherman Oaks Holistic Oasis (SOHO), a dispensary dedicated to elevating consciousness and promoting wellness through premium genetics at affordable prices. Now located in the iconic former Circus of Books building on W Sunset Blvd, our mission remains unchanged as we proudly integrate into the vibrant Silverlake community.

As a vertical Farm to Table grower, our Growmaster is involved in every meticulous step of cultivating our homegrown flower, ensuring quality from seed to sale. But we don't stop at flowers. We offer a wide variety of carefully selected edibles, vaporizers, cartridges, tinctures, and topicals. 

At MOTA, the art and practice of cultivation intersect with science and LOVE! We love what we do, and it brings us great joy to deliver high-quality cannabis to you. We have configured our state-of-the-art grow rooms with energy-saving LED lighting, recycled water, and the right micronutrients at just the right time. (We even serenade our plants with music daily.) The result? Amazing THC and terpene profiles, and the freshest experience you can hope to discover!
