So I was celebrating the event holiday with family in the cuyahoga area. As a new patient to Herbology, I got there at 5:26 pm, they honored their word about new patients just arrive 30 minutes prior. The front desk lady was MOST helpful! I was in and out with my medicine and what I needed in minutes! Great customer service as my tender did a great job as well! All around great experience! I’ll go anytime I’m close!
