Great place and not gonna hate on the establishment because of THE STATE OF OHIO and the ridiculous laws THE STATE has in place. Great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Brad!!! Check in process easy, have seen them regularly cleaning before mandated. Would be great if you offered literature on the laws and who to contact to change things, help us help you!

I’ve never been disappointed when I go here. Fresh flower and there’s always some sort of deal.

Awesome first experience with a dispensary. I'm not sure at all where the negative reviews are coming from. I'm assuming it's a different location or staff was early in training or something because the staff there now are very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Everything was very clean as well. I'll definitely be back asap. (I've never been to Curealeaf in PA and I'm not finding a connection to Herbology here in CF, Ohio. This review is for the CF, Ohio, Herbology location on Howe Ave)

The pricing and quality are top notch. This is by far my favorite dispensary.

First time shopping here and I was very impressed. The staff was able to check me in very quickly. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff was able to answer any questions I had, make suggestions that weren’t too pushy, and made sure I was happy and comfortable. I got a tincture, some capsules, and some cartridges and I was impressed. Some reviews mention prices being out of line, I couldn’t disagree more. The staff was happy to point out items on sale and show me how to get the most value for my dollar. Thanks guys ! -Ben-

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were chatting with us while we waited in the lobby even though they clearly had been very busy. My tender was was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different meds I had questions about and I'm happy with my first purchase! The place was clean and welcoming and I'll definitely be back!

I have been using this medicine for 47 years , that Mac almost reminds me of the Colombian gold from back in the day just no seeds , very good taste I think

Extremely satisfied with my visit here, not just on my most recent visit, but EVERY time. The staff seems like such a good group of people, and I can always see how hard they're working (like the curbside workers going in/out of the building in cold weather). I applaud all the staff and management at this dispensary for making it such a hospitable place to visit for my medicine.

I really appreciate the people at Herbology, friendly and super helpful, 5 stars for all the staff. Using CanPay at Herbology is super easy too. I’ve used the curbside service but I just prefer going inside, because of that fantastic service 😁

I’ve been here 3 times now and every time I’ve had great service and it’s been quick.. I don’t know where these bad reviews came from but don’t let them turn you away.. this is a great place and has great people working there I definitely recommend this facility to anyone and everyone

So I was celebrating the event holiday with family in the cuyahoga area. As a new patient to Herbology, I got there at 5:26 pm, they honored their word about new patients just arrive 30 minutes prior. The front desk lady was MOST helpful! I was in and out with my medicine and what I needed in minutes! Great customer service as my tender did a great job as well! All around great experience! I’ll go anytime I’m close! Thank you all so much! The friendliest feeling I have received from you all! 🙏💚

I've only been to a few dispensaries in Ohio but I definitely don't mind going put of my way (its not the closest one to me) to go to Herbology. Always great customer service, LOVE the budtenders, very professional and knowledgeable and always recommends great products!
