Beautiful store. What brought me here was that the menu included taxes and that should be the Norm. My Cannabis Consultant Marian was excellent! Kind, Caring and knowledgeable! The security guard was also very kind. My only concern is please consider hiring receptionist. I bring a decent amount of cash and security should not have to check people in or fill out new customer forms. It puts me your customer at risk but also store. please consider also hiring 2 guards, one for outside. Drove from OC and shopped everywhere. awesome store

Staff is always kind. I really really appreciate that you include taxes on menu. This should be a standard for all. On behalf of patients and customers, its way past time to reset. Ask brands to stop selling products by the crumbs. can we get a costco cannabis style shop. buy more ounces of flower but also ounces of concentrate. selling 8ths and grams is such small amounts. nobody cares if you buy a shopping cart full of liquor but your limited to 8 grams of concentrate. Cannabis regulations and amounts lack common sense. Cannabis flower quality and quantity was better in 215 days. its all dry and stale and way overpriced. So depressing what legal cannabis has become. Prices and increments currently offered in shops is silly and greedy. Thank you again Catalyst for being one of the better shops out there. Cannabis community deserves better. Also 35% total cannabinoids is highest achievable for testing. stop the brands lying. no such category as sativa, its equatorial.

Harli is awesome and really helped tailor products to my needs. She is so knowledgeable and also so sweet. Harli was a blessing to work with. People really do make the difference as most shops have a lot of the same products. Thanks Harli! We will be back and hopefully get to work with you again.

As well as at the payment registers. Im claustrophobic and hate being packed or swarmed, especially when pulling cash out of my wallet. Include taxes on menu will increase sales and save staff and customers lots of time. I avoid stores that won’t include taxes. 30% is substantial especially if buying multiple items.

25% off ftp is a joke when your taxes are 30%. Not including tax in prices is Stupid. Wastes your customers time and sales staff too. transactions take longer. $26 for west coast cure concentrate with a ftp. Thats not competitive pricing. Thats just stupid. Should be 20-22 out the door without ftp. What a stupid way to sell people cannabis, lets leave out 30% of the cost.

I was originally stoked by the 20% off deal but became really frustrated that your menu doesn’t include taxes and final prices. I like to buy a lot of things. spent lots of time reading your menu and lots of good stuff. but list the final cost Because it diminishes your 20% off discount when there is 35% or something in taxes to customers. Current menu pricing doesn’t help customers at all. It creates disappointment as to find items cost more then price listed online even with discount. its not a typical retail tax its a multitude of taxes and it differs in every city. Listing final prices will increase sales, save lots of your company time on phone and in person and increase your profits as well as sales volume. transparency builds transactions.

One of the bigger stores in santa ana. It looks like it was designed by someone who wasn’t around in the prop. 215 days. everyone was really nice. Its cool they have a fooseball table and mini basketball hoop, but Im trying to shop and go not play games. Its not a consumption lounge. Same for me when Im at Target or Costco. As you pivot the green room there is a seating room that looks like an ikea showroom or a furniture staged show room. strange to have people loiter in green room or play games. taxes are massive in Santa Ana it becomes a math problem for customer and budtender to find the true cost. It would add lots of value to just price everything at final cost on menu and in store. because its not a traditional 7% retail tax. Would love to see more living soil and no till products on menu as a customer. as well as artisan hash. great potential space for lectures and classes. the giraffe is Rad!

Clean store. Felt so Ambrocombie and fitch or gap. Selling over priced cannabis in a bougie setting. Videos of models wearing stiiizy clothes is so D-bag and lame. Vista is a medical city. Staff new more about new bathing suits then products sold. Had no idea they sold cannabis felt like a Kewl kid, D-Bag, designer brand. Stiiizy please stay in your lane and out of medical shops. So Stupid.
